It is with great sadness that I write this. Patsy Akridge, our dear friend, LoveIsrael.org Advisory Board Member and strong supporter of the Faith has passed away this past Saturday after a very short illness.
Patsy was on our LoveIsrael.org Study Tour of Israel last year and went out of her way to be engaging to everyone on the tour and to people she met along the way. She was very strong in her faith and we will miss her very much.
Please be in prayer for her son Steven and her other family members.
My family and I are very sad to hear this. Patsy was a very sweet and caring lady and though we only knew her from last year’s Israel trip she made a lasting impression on us. One thing we know with great surety, we will see Patsy again!

Rivka, I’m so sorry. Such a shock. We loved Patsy and her enthusiasm for G-d’s Word. Thank you for letting us know.
We pray for y’all daily. Thank you for all you do.

Holly, thank you for adding to the comments about Patsy’s life and impact. May her memory be a blessing!
We had the privilege of meeting Patsy in the Israel tour. She was a wonderful lady full of joy. We are praying for her family. We can take comfort that to be absent from the body is to be present with the L-rd. She has been promoted and is now in the L-rd’s presence. Blessings.
Christian and Margarita, thank you for remembering a wonderful aspect and impact about Patsy’s life. She will be greatly missed!
Carrie and I were shocked to hear the news about Patsy’s farewell to this world and her welcome into the presence of our Savior!
We met her last year during the tour in Israel and later we saw her at the conference in Virginia. She was always happy, smiling and friendly. We were looking forward to seeing her again in just a few weeks during the annual conference that she so wonderfully organized and hosted!
It is not really our loss as we have fond memories of her, and we know that Patsy is in a much better place, in the company of those who have preceded us, and looking forward to the coming Kingdom!
We are praying for Steve and the family!
Jose and Carrie, thank you for sharing with us all about Patsy’s impact. She did so want to continue to serve the L-rd here as she transitioned into retirement, but I spoke to her niece who was with her, and Patsy was ready to meet our Savior. That is truly our comfort. Plans for the Virginia conference are up in the air now. I will be making an announcement soon.
