Back to Normal

Saturday night at our Study Center.

We were very glad to arrive home on Monday evening.  We were able to go through our notes and connect with several people we met during our trip to the States.  We received a lot of great feedback on some ideas and more people signed up for the Israel Study Tour.

We then were able to meet with a friend from Romania whose ship was sailing out of Ashdod port.  We had a lovely time together at a local cafe.  He was very interested in learning about Romanians making aliyah and organizations which are helping them. We currently have a relationship with 7 congregations in Romania.  We are learning more about the people and the Jewish population which was almost totally exterminated in the Holocaust.

Saturday night we met at the study center.  There was a good turnout (you can see some of the people above). We studied the end of Isaiah chapter 5 and the beginning of chapter 6.  It was live streamed on Facebook, with voiceover in Russian.

Today we met with a believing family we’ve known for about 20 years who came to town for the day.  It was nice to reconnect with them.

We are currently working on a newsletter and we  hope to have it out by the end of this week.  We are also filling in the details for the rest of our schedule for 2017 and beginning the first half of 2018 planning.  We would ask for prayer as we seek to go those places which will best receive the Word.
