Holiday Time

Some fun kayaks and paddle boats in Eilat, Israel.

This is a very enjoyable time in Israel. Here, the children have school 6 days/week. The long holidays, such as the Feast of Unleavened Bread and Feast of Tabernacles, have intermediary days where travel, etc. are permitted. Therefore, people are traveling all over the country and families are having a great time together while the children are out of school.

The lulav and etrog, in a traveling case.

When traveling by bus, or even walking down the street, you will see many people with their lulavs and etrogs in carrying cases like our’s above. This will ensure that they will have them in order to shake them and say the blessing no matter what sukkah they are in.
