Early this morning we arrived at Ben Gurion airport for our flight. For those of you who have been to Israel, you probably know that most flights are in and out of Terminal 3. A few of the cut rate airlines, such as Wizz Air and Ryanair, would have you do check-in at Terminal 1 and then take a bus to Terminal 3 to fly out.
We frequently fly Wizz Air to Romania and found that this time Terminal 1 was open (after being closed for renovations) and we were able to fly out of that terminal as well. It is much less crowded than Terminal 3 and was a very good experience.
We arrived to Cluj and Baruch is now preparing for the taping of the television shows.
We are looking forward to going to Moscow, as this will be the first time for both Baruch and me to visit. I am doing some research on the Jewish community in Moscow and we plan to visit some of the synagogues as well as the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center. I will take pictures to share with you along the way!
We are praying for a good turnout for the Leadership conference Baruch is teaching there. Baruch will be teaching in Hebrew and our good friend Michael, who teaches the weekly Parasha at our study center, will be translating into Russian.
Thank you to everyone who responded to our plan to begin a live streaming service at midnight Jerusalem time. We are working on the technical aspect and requirements now and I will give you an update soon. Right now, we know that we need to enhance out internet to handle to camera we will be using ( a good-quality HD). We are going to work on that when we get back to Israel next week.
The Study Tour is filling up, and it hasn’t even been advertised on television yet! If you have any interest in joining us, please checkout the brochure on our website.
The Conference now has about 375 people registered. If you have not yet registered, please go to our website and fill out the very short registration form. THE CONFERENCE IS FREE. Invite your friends!
