Lately, we have been receiving many questions about worship. Some wonder how to worship without sacrifices at the Temple. Others asked if there is more to worship than singing today.
Today, as I was on my daily walk, I used our app (My Bible Study, available for Apple and Android devices) to begin listening to Baruch’s new series on the book of Psalms. I encourage you to listen to it and what Baruch had to say about worship. I believe we all can find it helpful.
I would like to add that Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of G-d, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto G-d, your reasonable service.” This is our sacrifice. We read in 1 Peter 2:5, “Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to G-d by Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ).”
It is very encouraging to me that people are contemplating how to worship G-d appropriately, especially during these times.
