Bucharest airport.
Yesterday Baruch and I flew from Tel Aviv to Bucharest and then Bucharest to Cluj, Romania. We were blessed with good flights and nice weather. However, when we arrived in Cluj, we found that my suitcase didn’t join us for the flight 🙁 The people at the airport were very nice and fortunately my bag was found and arrived at our hotel last night.
It was a very good lesson for me. I was concerned about not having any clothes for the conferences, etc. And what are we told by G-d in His Word? In Matthew 6, we read, “28And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30Wherefore, if G-d so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?” (KJV)
I should’t worry about what I wear. I’m there to minister to and fellowship with the people of Romania, as well as learn from Baruch’s teaching.
We need to see each adversity (and mine was very small) as an opportunity to grow in our walk with the L-rd and to make sure that our priorities are in line with His plans and purposes.
