Vietnam Class

Vietnam Class.

The class in Vietnam ended very well. We enjoyed the students very much and it was nice to get reacquainted with some of them. They were a delightful group.

Baruch’s translator this year was Angel, the daughter of the administrator for the college. She did such an excellent job. We appreciated her work very much.

We enjoyed the opportunity to have lunch with Vinh and his wife and daughter. They are a wonderful family and we enjoyed their company.

Today is Vietnam Independence Day. Called National Day, it is a national holiday in Vietnam observed on 2 September. It commemorates President Hồ Chí Minh reading the Declarations of independence of Vietnam at Ba Đình Square in Hanoi on 2 September 1945. We were there leading up to it and saw all of the preparations for the celebration, but left before they began.

Love these pics. Baruch, Rivka, the Love Israel missionary team, and the Vietnamese Christians are doing great things for our Lord Yeshua!
